MISSION:
The Progressive Alliance of Henderson County (PAHC) compassionately advocates for justice, dignity, inclusion and sustainable, healthy communities for all.
VISION:
To connect residents of Henderson County and vicinity through grassroots civic engagement, education, outreach and volunteerism.
Current leadership group: Chris Berg, Nancy & Neil Brown, Sheila Clendenning, Laura Miklowitz, Andy Myers, Sara Smith & Paul Weichselbaum.
Group Principles
The Progressive Alliance of Henderson County is comprised of individuals with varied opinions and points of view. Mutually guided by fact-based sources and open-minded critical analysis, we support organizations, movements, legislative actions and candidates for public office that are most aligned to our mission.
Ways To Engage
We offer opportunities to engage in civic activities that reflect our mission and vision. These include Postcard Parties; our PAHC website and private Facebook page, rallies and silent vigils, serving on committees or on the leadership team and through active support of local organizations and movements.
